Round 1 Torrey Pines:
Holy 65 Davski 70
I think it was Dave's first round since coming back from holiday. Considering that it was an excellent round for him and it could have been even better if it wasn't for 2 and 3 which were 2 horror holes for him.
Thanks for playing!

I got off to a bad start. Holy was solid as always. The stock player threw me for a loop, before I was able to recover. thanks Holy!!!!

Round 1 Torrey Pines: Motnola - 68 TMangrove - 64 TMan was on fire with the putter, making a monster eagle at the 9th and a few other great putts. He also played very well from the rough and bunkers. I had some problems adjusting to Casey's bag, and the putter failed me at times. But I managed only 1 bogey in a round of 68, happy with that. Mot Addition: By the way, Holy, this is a great idea. It was quite a fun challenge to play with someone else's club selection and less power and accuracy

I had some problems adjusting to Casey's bag, and the putter failed me at times. But I managed only 1 bogey in a round of 68, happy with that. Mot Confirmed. Neither of us started very well. We were either miles away from the hole or missing putts by a few inches (or both ;D ). I wasted the first par 5 by hitting a tree off the tee, hitting a tree on the second shot and staying in the rough before eventually saving par after a punch shot to 5 feet. I made birdie on 7, eagle at 9 and birdie at 10 to finally find a groove. Both par 5s on the back and 17 account for the remaining birdies. As someone who carries all the wedges this was a strange one. Thanks for the game Mot. You were solid too. TMan
